We’ve been using WotsOn since 2025 across a wide range of events, from our largest student nights and ticketed campus events to smaller student-led activities throughout the year. The platform played a key role in helping us successfully manage and sell out our Christmas Day event in 2025, while also providing a reliable solution for our day-to-day event promotion and ticketing needs.

Students have particularly responded well to the personalised ‘For You’ home page. We’ve received positive feedback about how it helps students discover events they may not have otherwise come across, including activities and events being run by other UCD clubs, societies, and groups across campus.
